Wade Bales teams up with winemaker Mike Dobrovic, poet, philosopher and perfectionist.  Known as one of the industry’s most technically apt winemakers, Mike has been involved with many notable estates, but made his biggest mark at Mulderbosch, where he presided over the award-winning cellars for 19 years.

The intense ripe fruit and wild berry flavours of this Cabernet are well-enhanced by subtle wood.  Well structured on the palate, yet elegant.  The ultimate wine for steaks and rich oxtail stew.  The full style will also complement strong cheese like mature cheddar, Roquefort and creamy Gorgonzola. Cellaring potential within 7 to 8 years from harvest.
